When I received the written offer, the compensation plan was very different than what was discussed in the interview. Despite the compensation plan changes we agreed on all terms and conditions of employment. They day before I was scheduled to start, they emailed me an egregious 9 page non-compete contract that had never been mentioned during negotiations. When I questioned the non-compete, they withdrew the offer without ever speaking to me. RUN AWAY.
