Blueknight interview questions

The interview was shorter than expected but direct and covered the basis. The people were friendly and professional. The primary focus of the questions was on people management, coaching, KPI development, and improvement follow-through.

Very relaxed. Boss invited me to get a bite to eat. He paid for the meal. We talked about my experience and a few days later called me for a drug screen. I started a few days later and was trained in 3 days. It was easy.
