BlueMatrix Senior Developer interview questions

Got referred by a former colleague of mine. Got a phone interview with a tech lead where I detailed my career experience and knowledge of English language. The tech part of the interview consisted in Java coding questions (e.g. singleton patterns, threading) which I answered to the best of my knowledge (having no significant Java coding experience, but being familiar with the concepts) and a design and architecture section. The final phase was negotiating my salary level which went pretty straightforward.
