I prefer that both written and online interviews are conducted, the questions will test my technical and managerial abilities. The company can start with written first and then arrange the online. Neither is enough on its own.

El proceso fue muy sencillo, mi sensación es que se basan sobre todo en la opinión del cliente, si al cliente final le interesas la entrevista con ellos es algo secundario.
