My experience with the interview process was largely conventional. The initial interview with the HR representative followed a standard format, although there was no discussion regarding the salary range for the position. The second and third rounds of interviews were competency-based, utilizing common behavioral questions.
Following the final interview, I did not receive any communication from the company regarding the status of my application. While I understand that business decisions can lead to an organization choosing another candidate, a lack of follow-up communication leaves a negative impression. The absence of a formal notification, such as an email, reflects poorly on the company's professionalism and respect for candidates' time.
This experience, coupled with existing company reviews that describe a similar culture, raises concerns about the organization's treatment of its employees. Based on this, I feel it's unlikely that the position would have been a good fit.
