Blue Sky Analytics interview questions

1.Upload their CV on their Website. 2.Get Video Call scheduled by HR. 3.A heavy assignment. 4. Round with the concerned Team. I was super excited about the organization until i met with the concerned Team . Interviewer was travelling . I had to wait for her to join and accommodate for her bad network . The crux of the interview was not about me, or the assignment but " how to sell their product to private players" And "only" private players.. When the interview was about to end she herself mentioned that they want to sell their product to NASA and ISRO. Made me wonder if interviewer knew the difference between Private and Public Sector.

Super shady interview process. Filled in the form on the website and got an email regarding a preliminary round. It was an HR round with a few questions regarding what the company does and a few buzzwords in the climate ecosystem. Was given an assignment and 2 weeks to complete it. Turned the assignment in and received a mail that the position had already been filled - 1st red flag. Checked the careers section of the website to see the vacancy for the same position again - mailed the HR to check if the position is still open. HR said yes - 2nd red flag. Received an email saying that the position has been filled again - 3rd red flag. Suggestion to the founders: Get your hiring practices sorted.
