After applying online, if they are interested, you will be invited to a 7 day training. It is a “mock week” in the woods. You will be taught company lingo, therapeutic skills/interventions, hard skills, map and compass skills, etc. This is your opportunity to see if the program is right for you and vice versa. At the end of the week, you will either be hired or not.
