Blue Plate Restaurant Co. interview questions

First touch is from the Director of Human Resources, who does an initial phone screening. You are then passed off in a separate interview to the department director, who ultimately makes the decision. Each interview is roughly 30-45 minutes, and are very thorough.

Did a phone call interview with HR, really easy and flowed well. She is super easy to talk to and so sweet! Then I came in for an interview with the executive assistant and the director, marketing and communications and that was a little harder. Everyone was very nice and easy to talk to. Conversation flowed well.
