Blue Owl Capital interview questions

Met with the whole team and clear that while the head of tax was a great leader the individuals that were part of his team were quite standoff-ish. They thought very highly of themselves and that anyone would be so lucky to join their team.

I only had two 30 minute interviews, with a Vice President and Senior Associate. They both were super nice and asked mostly behavioral questions like "Why do you want to work at Blue Owl?"
