Standard Interview process, Submit standard resume, call back within 2 weeks. 2 interviews One with HR, and one with Dept Manager. During the interview, it was implied that I would be offered the job. Less than a week later, The job was offered. I countered the hourly offer for $1.00 more per hour and it was accepted right away.
