Initial phone screen to go over my background and learn about the company, followed by a more technical screen over Zoom with the architect. Final round was a panel interview where you work through a code challenge pulled down from GitHub. Overall the interview process was great, no need to grind LeetCode or similar sites, just working out a problem based on what they do so major kudos to that. From start to finish the process took about a week. Declined the offer because it came in well below what I was told their range was. Apparently they adjust for location, which I can understand, but not when the adjustment comes in lower than the minimum I was quoted by the recruiter who put us in contact.
