Consisted of 2 phone screenings with the recruiter and hiring manager followed by an on-site interview of 5-6 in person 1:1 interviews. Should mention that we started at 9:30am and it was non-stop interviews through 2pm. No breaks for lunch or anything. Might be a good indicator of the culture at Blue Apron, seemed a bit like a sweat shop. Also, after the interview there was absolutely no follow up from anyone. Even after I followed up with the recruiter a couple weeks later. Never heard a thing.
