Blu Perspective interview questions

Three interview over three weeks including two on the phone and one in-person. Made verbal offer at third interview. When HR called to confirm offer, they had changed the position, the location, and the pay rate substantially from $23 to $19. Upper management never responded to my text inquiring about this brash and emboldened bait and switch offer. HR simply said they decided to eliminate the position for which I was interviewing. Watch out!
