Initial phone conversation with the recruiter for the role, followed by 30min video call with the manager of the role, then back-to-back video calls with other members of team and leadership.

Recruiter screen, hiring manager screen, behavioral loop (STAR model), and XFN conversation (3.5 hours total interview time). This format is standard in Tech/FinTech. You need well-thought-out STAR examples that are relevant.

Give an example of managing a project cross-functionally.
Give an example of difficulty in executing a project.
Relatively straight forward, standard recruiter screen talking about salary expectations, tell me about yourself and experience, take home and four rounds of onsite interview followed by offer/no offer. One of the rounds is a HM pitch for the role and to answer any questions that you may have about Square and the role.
