Interview
Started with a phone interview with someone within finance. Then there was a test administered by someone from within the group as well. Received a denial following the test interview.

Question 1
The first interview was a typical interview focused on the resume, why Square, etc. The test was more of a critical thinking case to be worked through while screensharing.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Block (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
A long process, involving a lot of rounds which is all virtually completed.
The interview involved an interview with the hiring manager, a case study, back to back interviews.
No feedback was provided on the outcome, which appears to be normal practice.
