I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Blinkbox Entertainment (London, England) in Apr 2010
Interview
The process consists of two interviews. One with the team you will join and other with more senior engineers. There are questions about how you would deal with given situations and technical questions like whiteboard exercises. Some questions are quite difficult intentionally. They seem to want to see your reasoning towards a solution.
