Made it to the HM Screen. The interview process felt misaligned. The hiring manager’s feedback was highly critical and, at times, did not appear fully grounded in my actual experience. Several concerns raised were based on information already outlined on my resume, which made it unclear why I was advanced to the interview stage.
Some feedback also focused on subjective personal traits rather than role-specific competencies. Based on the tone and structure of the conversation, the interaction suggested a team environment that may not prioritize supportive or collaborative working dynamics. Overall, the process did not reflect a structured or well-calibrated evaluation approach.
