Blair Image Elements interview questions

Talked to two different people and because of my background in manufacturing as well as welding I was hired on the spot. I was not expecting that to happen. Apparently it's something that they don't do all that often or so I was told by the manager that hired me.

They have a quick hiring process. They are willing to work out a two week notice with a previous company. They send a descriptive offer letter with a noncompete if applicable.
