Email application. Received a call within a week for an interview. Was told about the details of the position and the status of the shop, and was also asked if I would be interested in other roles other than the one advertised.

Easy to apply with CV, covering letter and one interview stage. Offered quickly after the interview and was a straightforward process. Friendly interviewer and were happy to answer questions regarding the role.
