Strength based interview via Microsoft Teams for around thirty minutes which talked about my general goals and aims when joining the company, as well as my extra curriculars and things I liked to do in my spare time.

Interview
My interview for blacks solicitors went very well. Everyone made me feel so at ease and welcome. As soon as I got there I was offered a tea or a coffee and then when entering the interview everyone was very nice and friendly.

Question 1
It was a general chat about the things I have done, my job currently and why I want to do the paralegal apprenticeship. They also asked for an example of where I have been resilient.
I did a video interview with the firm which I thought went well as we were sent the questions in an email beforehand. While this may seem amazing, I didn't progress on to the next stage because as I had all the questions, I over-prepared and ended up sounding robotic and ingenuine.
