The concept is easy but writing a large C code in 20 min requires short cuts like I skipped variable declaration, however, the interviewer assumed that I didn't know C.

direct superday interviews if i remember correctly. first interview was comprised of a difficult statistics question, some behavioral questions and interviewer seemed inexperienced. second interviewer was more senior and seemed to want very specific answer to her problem solving question
