I had an Initial Video Call Screening with HR via Zoom, then got moved onto the next round very quickly. The next round was a 2+ Hour In-Person Interview (pretty difficult to fit into a schedule if you're someone who's already currently employed somewhere else). This interview was a panel interview with 4 key stakeholders (3 Management/Director Staff & 1 Similarly Leveled Member of the Department). Each interviewer spent 30 minutes chatting with me, and the interview ended with a tour of the office (pretty nice addition, however I really dislike this practice unless someone is certainly getting the position). The interview also included an exercise/assignment, relevant to the role, that needed to be returned within a week.
