Bitpanda Design Systems Lead interview questions

The HR representative contacted me multiple times via email to schedule an interview. However, on each occasion, the interview was cancelled on the same day, often just a few minutes after the scheduled start time, with different explanations provided each time. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, the repeated last-minute cancellations made it difficult to rely on the process and impacted my overall experience. A more structured and respectful scheduling approach would significantly improve the candidate experience.
