Recruiter reached out with the opportunity. He was very attentive and made himself available at every step and invested time to explain every step of the interview process and what topic each of the interviewee will be focusing on during the interview.
Each interviewee was very professional and took time to explain the company, its product and current state of the team and organization. We exchanged dialogues around various scenarios and situations.

Interview
The interview process was pretty straight forward. After the initial phone call with the recruiter, I had an interview with the hiring manager. After that, I had interviews with 3 other employees at Bitmex who I would most likely be working with.
All of the interview questions were more along the lines of my experiences and how I would handle particular situations.
