Microsoft Teams interview with the CTO. Simple behavioral questions and about the position. Stated that they would reach out within the next week and that they do not leave people in the dark or ghost them. This was untrue as I never heard anything back until the position was filled 3 weeks later. I sent 2 follow up emails with no response.
