The interview process is extremely easy. It took me less than 10 minutes to complete my interview. Bios offers video interviews that has pre-recorded questions, and you answer them. It's extremely easy to use. What I loved best is i could complete the interview anytime I liked and there wasn't a time limit. They text me the next day saying they would like to hire me. Once I submitted my ID cards I was in orientation class the next week. It was one of the easiest interviews I've experienced in my 30 years of working.
