I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Biolife Plasma Services (Villa Park, IL) in Sep 2024
Interview
The communication is absolutely terrible. The interview itself was easy; I was asked basic questions about my experience, ability to handle conflict, etc. However, I applied to this job nearly two months ago. I received an email asking me to complete a video interview to which I never was sent the link for. After basically forgetting I applied to this job, I was sent another email to set up an in-person interview. I was given a name of who I was going to interview with and then I did not interview with that person. I was told at the end of the interview that I would hear from them by the end of the week and it has now been almost 4 weeks and I have heard nothing. I have withdrawn my application at this point because I would not recommend wasting your time trying to apply for a company with an interviewing and hiring process like this, not to mention that this is an entry-level position with no experience necessary.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Biolife Plasma Services (Columbus, OH)
Interview
The interview process was fully scheduled by a AI program. I never had a contact to reach out to thank for the interview or anything. The interview went well, but I never heard anything back from the company and got completely ghosted with no one to reach out to for questions, unfortunately. It seemed like a great place to work.
I applied online. I interviewed at Biolife Plasma Services (New York, NY) in Jan 2023
Interview
hiring process begins with an online Video Interview. Then, In person Interview. The interviewer was friendly and polite. No written test. Regular followup before the interview. Overall experience was good.
