I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Biogen
Interview
I applied online and got an email from the HR person a few days later, asking for a phone screen with the manager of the department.
Day after the phone screen, got invited to do an on-site interview. The interview was great, everyone was friendly and welcoming. I interviewed with 8 people, one of which was over video conference.
Sadly I didn't get the position, but when the rejection letter came, they described the qualifications of the people they hired, which I found unprofessional. They should have left it at "We decided to pursue other candidates" and not mention information about the new hires.
Overall it was a good experience, but the way the rejection was handled left a negative impression.
Multiple rounds of interviews where you meet with members of the team and department. The questions varied between behaviorial and technicality, but overall each interviewer was assessing fit and the type of worker you are.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Biogen
Interview
First round is a Screening call from recruiter. 2nd round is a Conversation with hiring manager on the phone. Third round is a Teams call with 3-4 interview sections with different senior members of the team.

Interview questions are based around the Biogen elements.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Biogen in Mar 2020
Interview
I applied through a recruiter, the recruiter was very aggressive and then once I accepted my offer she was completely hands off. Lots of interviews, maybe 10+. Questions were not hard at all, very generic about the company elements and how you fit in. Could definitely already see some egos and conflicts between coworkers already based on their interactions with each other. Difficult to get an honest answer, as interview pairs are usually one higher level paired with one entry level.
