Interview
The interview and panel were very disorganized. The level of knowledge and education of staff was quite low. For a junior entry level role, they hosted four interview for 30 min, 35 min, 1.5 hour, 1.5 hour and then a case over several day, interviews. It appeared they needed help with their work and needed free advice. They basically took advantage of my time to get me help solve their problem without having to pay for it through hours of questioning.
Their general approach was interrogating, unfriendly and the tension among the two more senior staff (on a relative basis as staff had lower levels of education) was completely apparent since the first interaction which was a red flag of internal tension in the team. The secondee would write everything down so nervously.
The material and business case they provided had mistakes, the numbers did not match or balance. Just wasting candidate's time. The interview was mostly me guiding them how to solve their many issues. After doing research online, I realized the company is not a stand-alone entity.
Withdrew application after viewing this behaviour pattern and the false information they provided to me about themselves. Not a positive experience whatsoever especially with respect to the personal and irrelevant questions they asked.
