Company doesn't matters... you need to focus on your interests, strong points, weak points... then prepare your self accordingly... Once you feel that you done with the preparation, for sure you can get your desired job may be in your desired company or something better than that... remember one thing, knowledge and practice on that knowledge makes one perfect...

i m doing btech from g.l bajaj institute of engg & tech from it branch 3 rd year how i prepare for job in this company while i have only 58% marks inclass 12 th and 70 % marks in class 10th .....give me some suggestion plz.......
