In person interview, arrive at the office to discover it's closer to a call centre with no privacy or respect for staff, having them all jammed in a make-shift call room to handle what they sell as "highly technical" solutions.

They were all fluff and pandering to ego's at the company.
The questions around metrics and compensation were not thoroughly investigated by the employer.
