Interview
I sat down with the CEO in the Communitech Hub in Kitchener, ON for a very casual conversation on a Saturday afternoon. We chatted for a while about Billee, and the CEO gave a short presentation. We then walked around Communitech for an impromptu tour and returned to a sitting area where I discussed my qualifications. I was told that a decision would be made by the middle of the week.

Most of the questions were very broad. Things like "how do you feel about innovation" and "how would you feel about working for a fast-growing startup." Some questions were more specialized, like "what do you know about ePayments, accounting software, and cash disbursements." Overall, a very relaxed, casual interview.
