What was the latest mistake that happened in your previous company and how did you fix it?
We were meeting through a video call. They were straight away really warm and friendly. I didn't feel as if I was being interrogated. They made me feel like we were already old colleagues. I talked a bit about myself and my background and they talked about company and work.
