I received a prompt response to my application and received an initial offer of a phone interview, for which the interviewer was flexible in scheduling. The phone interview was schedule for approximately 30 minutes but went longer than that, with the interviewer leaving time for my questions as well. The next week I received word I would have a panel interview and that was scheduled for the following week. The panel interview lasted an hour, with some questions being vague, making it difficult to know what exactly they were looking for. The next week I was told I would not be moving on, but my contact was nice enough to answer my question about what they were looking for that I did not match.
