I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Bidscale in May 2022
Interview
Disorganized and unprofessional. Had several rounds, including one with an interviewer who was multitasking and distracted during the call. They didn’t bother to let me know my final round had been canceled, just sent a generic auto reject email the day before.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bidscale
Interview
One meeting with HR and on another single day, three 1-hour meetings with departmental leaders. One included a case study that I had prepared for over the weekend. Overall, an enjoyable set of interviews with people who care about the company and were genuinely interested in getting to know me better. Never felt like someone was trying to stump me or ask trick questions.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bidscale
Interview
Bidscale has a lengthy interview process (4 including one that requires the candidate prepare a presentation ahead of time.) Communication in the process was unclear and jumbled and expectations were not properly set. The company changed names during the process and made no effort to ensure candidates understood they were hearing from the same place.
Everyone I spoke with was lovely and seem to genuinely love the company so I believe at present it’s a great culture and rewarding work environment, however receiving a highly generic email (the kind I expect after a resume submission not multiple interviews) I did not feel like my time or candidacy had been valued by the company.
