I interviewed at Airtel for a technical role. The interview consisted of three technical rounds covering Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Model Control Policies (MCP), front-end and back-end technologies (React.js and Node.js), and system design. Questions tested practical knowledge and problem-solving: implementing RAG pipelines, designing MCPs for model behavior, building React components and state management, Node.js backend patterns, and end-to-end system architecture and scaling decisions. Interviewers focused on clarity of design, trade-offs, and real-world implementation details; the overall process was technical and thorough.
