The process was not good , asking only HR questions and and no technical questions was asked very baised judging the background of the candidates .They know only one parameter to take students and no that is no tknowledge but family background.

The Interview was taken by panel of 3 members. The Interview lasted for about 35 minutes, They consider the college pointer a important criteria for selection. They also focus on your commitment towards the job, and that you will not leave it. Questions were asked from Mass Transfer, Pumps and Compressors

Interview
Interview was based mostly on core topics related to instrumentation. HR interview was ok, technical and HR were in the same panel. Whole interview round took place for about 30 minutes.
