Beyond Yoga interview questions

4 Rounds of Interviews - one with hiring manager, other 3 are with direct report and cross-functional partners. The interviews were well thought out with meaningful questions, while allowing the interviewee to also ask questions.

Not good. After round 1 of interviewing they sent me a design challenge. I couldn't access an important document they'd sent so I had to ask for more time, since they took forever to finally get me access to the correct document. Once I completed and sent them the design assignment they ghosted. Never heard back even after following up. Horrible.
