Interview
I had one hr screen call, then they scheduled one technical interview. the number of interviews depend on the title level, it can reach 4-5 interviews. they are organized and the process is clear.
- Start with recruiter screen - Chat with the hiring manager. Technical overview but not too detailed. Looking more for personality fit. - Panel interview (3 back to back interviews with 2 people each). One session is coding interview. More technical.
