Dehumanising robot interview, all my experience, who I am, my journey and culture reduced to five question and 300sec of taking one-way into a webcam after receiving a text messages.
"Do the right thing" and treat people like humans, I don't know the outcome yet but I will go without a salary before I let a company degrade me this way.

Interview
I was shortlisted to do a robot interview. I wasn't able to re-record my answer and only had one attempt. I pressed on one of the prompts before I was ready.
I found the whole experience really cold especially when one of the questions asked about "which of its values resonated with me most"
Banks are all about putting people first however put its potential future staff through a robotic process and only the ones that are best at acting and performing on the spot will progress.
