Interview
Went into the office. They make you feel welcomed. Met a man who was insecure about his accent. He asked basic questions to me and another female and started talking about the Obamaphones. That's essentually what you would be selling. The ads on the job boards do jot really say that and the website can be alluding to anything. They say that they can train you to be a manager in 6 to 8 weeks. (Sounds too good to be true.) They claim that they only select 5 people but I believe that they call everyone back. They want you to meet at 7:45AM to neet with Sprint that tell you what you are going to do. I declined but this is what it really is.

Interview
Called in for an interview to meet with Daniel which was very brief and then called back for another interview at 8:00 with an account manager and he broke down that the job is pretty much a sales job of selling phones to low income families but they claim they are an advertisement and marketing company when they only work with a few companies in a sales aspect. Has nothing to do with creativity and advertisement but simply to do with sales. Total scam, no health benefits and shady shady people. They make it sound like such a great job but seems inconsistent with no perks. Don’t do it unless you’re truly desperate for a job and want to sell phones to low income families. Also the account manager was extremely rude when I told him I wasn’t interested. Poor company.

Interview
Came in for a preliminary interview, got to speak with the hiring manager on a one-on-one setting and was invited back for a second interview, this time with one of the account managers. The account manager broke down specific details of what the day to day looks like within the campaign they where looking to recruit for and answered all my questions openly.
