Met one of the store managers for an in-person interview during an open hiring day. I then spoke with the manager outside at a nearby seating area for the interview.

Phone and video interview, both about 15 minutes, very quick and easy. Very nice recruiters too. They communicated very well, making it easier to navigate the background check info and extra info needed

Interview
It was incredibly brief. I applied online and was immediately followed up with via a phone call the next day. You need to basically look presentable and have some idea of the work atmosphere. But so long as you have cashier experience and are semi-competent, you should be good.
