Incredibly easy interview process. Met the manager and was asked basic questions about my availability and talked a little bit about past jobs and tasks that were performed. Manger explained some of the job duties and hours that would be offered. I declined in the end because the orientation went pretty badly and I could see how disorganized and frankly unprofessional the location was ran. I was told the whole process would take 2 hours, arrived and was told it would take 4. I was thrown onto a computer in a backroom to watch horrible videos and complete quizzes and was literally just left there the whole time. Manager said "he forgot" about me probably over 4 times. I was told I'd be walked around the store to get a feel for it and the guy never interacted with me again until i left. I didn't leave feeling like I retained anything whatsoever. Was contacted the next day by the manager saying he once again forgot to get my ID and social and that was my deciding factor to pass on the job. I feel like I dodged a huge, probably not even close to worth the trouble, bullet.

It was solely a phone interview with the hiring manager, that lasted maybe ten minutes at most. Hardly asked any questions about experience working in retail, and said that I could be getting close to if not full time hours if that was something I was interested in. Should’ve been a red flag for myself right there, but I was needing a job to get by on the bills
