Interview
First, there was a short report on a company that they picked in which you had to do a Porter's 5 Forces analysis, then the actual interview with the VP. So, it was a two-stage process, but he mentioned that this was their first time doing an actual process for an intern. Therefore, this may be different for the future.

1 interview - mix if behavioral and technical, asked about why I was interested in finance and sent a case beforehand to discuss that was not too difficult. Over not a complicated process
