The interview process involved reflection on my current skillset and discussion of actionable steps I can take at this company to expand my skillset. The interview process enabled me to openly address and thoroughly discuss all of my interests and hopes for my involvement with BetterUp. During the interview process, I was also able to recognize this company genuinely cares about empowering its employees to become their best personal and professional selves.
