BetterEngineer Senior Java Developer interview questions

The first part went well, a technical talk, very friendly and coordinated. We talked about design patterns, distributed systems, microservices, Java core, etc. The second part, a complete disaster... sent a DevSkill evaluation. Really???? !!!! These kinds of exams are stupid, the only thing that evaluates is the candidate's ability to memorize algorithms and some other data structure (and not the 15 years that an IT professional can have). I canceled the interview process at that very moment, a company that evaluates employees in this way is a company that you have to avoid.
