Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was asked what I would standard interview questions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Better World Books (Mishawaka, IN) in Aug 2016
Interview
Typical interview - phone interview with HR, then phone interview with upper management, then an in person with upper management. Lots of time commitment for the interviews so be prepared for that. It was very clear during the group interview that management was not in sync on what they were looking for in the role. One person had needs that were clearly not in the plans for another person. I pulled my application from consideration based on the inconsistencies I saw with the people I would be reporting to and working with. If you want to work for a company with a conscience for social responsibility, this could be your dream workplace. However, if you want to work in an environment where plans and ideas are clearly being communicated and enacted upon from the top down, I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

The process was fairly easy. I was called for a phone interview, which only lasted maybe fifteen minutes, and then came in for an interview, which lasted a half hour. Everyone was friendly and the questions were adequate for the position.
