Interview
Went to attend the interview for the incident manager with a friend who was also invited for the same role. We were given a series of English and Technical written assessments. post which had separate rounds with the team lead and ops manager. Was given the offer the very next day but i had a better offer already at hand.

Asked for examples of how i managed major incidents in my previous organisations and based on the answers, kept asking for hypothetical scenarios of how i would manage if this was the situation
