Bethany Childrens Home interview questions

After submitting our initial resume it two a few weeks to hear from the Human Resources Director. We were interviewed as a couple over Skype by the Vp and HR director. After the interview it took nearly two months to schedule a second interview and tour of the facility. After the second interview another month passed by before I finally received confirmation that I was given the position.

Phone interview then we did a Skype interview. They invited our whole family to the campus for the 3rd interview. Very good process. They paid for us to fly there and all expenses while there.
