I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Best Companies (Wrexham, Wales) in Sep 2020
Interview
The interview process was a positive experience despite being extremely comprehensive and challenging in parts. The interviewees took the time to really get to know me and understand what i was looking for from the role and had prepared extremely well at each stage ensuring both parties utilised the time well. The three stage interview process was a good balance of questioning, discussion and capability/personality testing and the team were open and honest in answering any questions I had regarding the business, objectives, vision etc.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Where would you add value, awareness of market, view on opportunities, management style etc
Was in Summer 2020 so online rather than face to face. Looked OK from the first steps but after reading some of the reviews on here I had serious hesitations but thought I'd give it a go. Was very informal and constantly probing into personality and about me, rather than past work experience. I had two interviews and was offered a third to do a presentation but by then I was put off by these reviews and whilst you have some disgruntled past employees it did start to paint a picture of working with the CEO and I didn't want that and declined the third interview.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Best Companies (Chester, England) in Jan 2019
Interview
Process was fine, not very formal however final stage with CEO which is fairly informal too. Questions are slightly outside the box at times. Given a book at the end to complete personality test.
